Create & Send an Invoice
Go to Square
Log In
Create New Invoice
Select SINGLE
Make sure that the Invoice Number Assigned is correct (update if not)
Add the same number to the second invoice number field
Add Customer
Enter Customer Name
Enter Customer Email
Save
In the message area, enter the reason for the fee (i.e. Appraisal report for ..(client address).....)
In the dropdown select the appropriate fee charge
OR
Create a "use one time" fee
Enter the fee if not there already
On the right hand side (see video) choose the due date for the payment
Send Invoice
Once sent, download a copy and save it to the clients file on the drive
